Do I need to activate my card?

You can buy, load and spend instantly, no activation is required. However, we strongly advise you to register your card so ensure your funds can be returned to you in case it is lost or stolen.

Can I use my Jade Gift card at ATMs?

You cannot use your Jade Gift card for ATM withdrawals, but you can use it online and for point-of-sale purchases.

What do I need to log in to the website?

You need to create a username and password for your card when you first log in with your card number.

When is my Jade Gift card loaded?

Your Jade Gift card is loaded at the time of purchase and ready to use immediately.

What do I need to get a Jade Gift MasterCard®?

All you need is a valid mobile number. Available to everyone and anyone!

How much can I load on the card?

You can have a minimum load of AED 100 and a maximum of AED 1,500.

How can I check my balance?

Simply go to Manage my card.

What do I do if I lose my card?

Contact a Customer Service on +971 4 870 6565 immediately to report it lost and request a replacement. We will block the card and post a new card to you. A card reissue fee of AED 17, fund transfer AED 5 and the postage fees will apply. Unfortunately, if the Jade Gift card was not registered at Manage my card, it cannot be replaced.
