You can start using your prepaid Jade Gift MasterCard®. You will need to enter the 4-digit PIN for each transaction. Find your card’s default PIN number beneath the scratch panel inside the pack. If you wish to reset the PIN please contact our 24-hour Customer Service on +971 4 870 6565, the new PIN will be sent to your registered email.
How to use your card
Spend worldwide with your prepaid Jade Gift MasterCard®. Use it like any other debit or credit card wherever the MasterCard® logo is displayed. You can use it online to treat yourself or pay your bills and at point of purchase wherever you are in the world.
Check your balance
Log in to your account by clicking on the Manage my card. Follow the steps to create your username and password.

When you make an online purchase, the name, address, and phone number you use must be exactly the same as the information you provided when registering your card in order to avoid declines. Please refer to the activation receipt.
Online shopping sites usually request your card’s security code, CVV or CVC number. This number can be found on the back of the card as shown in the image below.

Our replacement fee is just AED 20. Courier charges will be charged to the user as applicable. Charges will vary depending on your location and the speed of courier services.
Foreign currency surcharge
Our foreign currency surcharge is only 3.5%.
You can obtain an up-to-date balance of your card by calling +971 4 870 6565 or by clicking on the Manage my card. A balance enquiry by phone costs AED 1, while its free if done through the website. Some ATMs may have additional fees.
You can call us on +971 4 870 6565 to get a PIN reset.
If you enter an incorrect PIN 3 times the card will be blocked. You need to call to the customer service center to unblock the card.
Redeeming unspent funds on an invalid card
You have a card validity period of 12 months from loading to spend the funds on your Jade Gift card. After this time your card will become invalid.
We do however offer a one-time grace period of 1 month which gives you the opportunity to redeem any unspent funds stored on your Jade Gift Card by re-activating your card. After this grace period you will not be able to reactivate your card or retrieve any unspent funds.
Contact a Customer Service and your funds can be transferred to your new Jade Gift card. A replacement and reactivation fee of AED 22 will be deducted from your balance.
Please note that a monthly account maintenance fee of AED 15 will be deducted from your Jade Gift card at the end of each month during the grace period, until you contact us to replace and reactivate your card.
If you need us to verify the security of your card for a fraud check:
- and your verification fails, you will be charged AED 200.
- If your security check verification supports your claim, the validation interbank fee is only AED 60.
