What should I do if I lose my card?

Please report a lost, stolen or damaged card to our 24-hour Customer Service Advisor on +971 4 870 6565. Alternatively you can log in to the Manage my card and change the card status. A customer service advisor will get in touch with you for the card replacement.

Jade Pay MasterCard® is a reloadable dirham-denominated MasterCard® we can issue you instantly. Our card is a smarter and safer way to handle cash. You can use your Jade Pay card to withdraw cash worldwide at ATMs, and shop online and wherever MasterCard® is accepted.

What do I need to get a prepaid Jade Pay MasterCard®

You must be over 18, have a valid ID/passport and a mobile number that we can reach you on. If you are under 18, visit our sales agent with your parent. We will ask for both of your Emirates ID or Passport and a valid mobile number.

Do I need a bank account?

No, anyone is eligible for a card from us.

How many cards can I own?

You can own up to three cards. Buy, activate and use all three at the same time, or share with your family.

How can I check my balance?

Where is the PIN?

You can find your card's default PIN number beneath the scratch panel inside the pack, if you require a new PIN please call +971 4 870 6565.

How can I retrieve my PIN to use at an ATM?

What should I do if I find a purchase I don’t recognise?
